If your product is not meeting your carbonation expectations, our support team is available to help you troubleshoot or facilitate a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused sparkling water maker or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that CO2 cylinders must be handled according to specific safety guidelines provided in your return instructions.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
